The Control Room Layout (tentative) had to be submitted to the HVAC vendor (for his information). For this purpose, the control room layout was modified according to the respective vendors panel dimensions (Turbine & Boiler). Although, some panels were without any dimension (VFD, FHS & AHS)
It may be noted that the following changes were made w.r.t. the previous revisions:
1. Turbine Control Panel removed.
2. AVR panel re-modified according to siemens dimensions (to include all the siemens panels).
3. Width of boiler control panel reduced from 800mm to 600mm.
4. Width changed from 800 to 750 & length changed from 5000 to 4400.
4. An additional A/C Unit is shown (it is a standby unit as proposed by Mr. AKB)
5. The Siemens panel is shifted near the entrance.
6. All the panels shifted towards the stairs.
After incorporating the above changes, 4 copies of ammonia print was submitted to Mr. AKB which (I guess) have been forwarded to the HVAC vendor.
Trivia:-
Due to the shifting of the panels, very little space has been left behind the VFD panel. Although it has been taken care in the soft copy.
Additional Changes
It may be noted, that Mr. RND had informed to shift the 'DG CP' beside the Siemens panel (since the length of Siemens panel had reduced from 5000mm to 4400mm). But after enquiring from Mr. Ghosalkar, it was confirmed that it shouldn't be carried out, since the NEW standby A/C unit and the new location of DG CP will create a small passage to the back of the siemens panel. Hence, this 'particular' changes weren't made, and the drawing was submitted.
Although, this change has been made in the soft copy, it is not yet submitted to anyone. Correspondingly the VFD, BOILER, FHS, AHS panels and OS has been shifted near the Siemens panel. Thus creating space at the back of the VFD panel
